Alex Bennett
PrincipalAlex is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s operations including acquisition and development of facilities for WB Development Partners. Over the course of his 15 year career in commercial real estate he has held positions with real estate development firms and a healthcare facility operating company. Alex has been involved in the development of over $750 million of commercial development across the country with the majority of that in the healthcare industry. Alex is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Civil Engineering from Bradley University.
Donald Wilson
AdvisorDon oversees the company’s strategy and marketing in his role as an advisor. Don has over 45 years of real estate development and acquisition experience, including over 20 years in the healthcare industry. Don has formed and led a number of real estate development and healthcare facility operating companies over the course of his career. During that time, Don has partnered with both non-profit and for-profit healthcare facility operators as well as a number of publicly traded REITS. Don is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in economics and political science.
Jenny Kramer-McPhail
Vice President DevelopmentJenny is responsible for overseeing the design, construction and occupancy of WB Development Partners healthcare facilities. With over 23 years of experience as a healthcare architect, Jenny has successfully delivered a wide range of facility types including medical office, outpatient facilities, acute care and post-acute care hospitals. Jenny is a licensed Architect in the State of Texas, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University.
